Toadborg's former Foot soldiers now serving both Dragozaurs and Baireno
The Vacubots were created by Toadborg for his Armada of Machine Men Army. Their skills are known to swallow their prisoners and physical known ramming techniques. They now have wheels to move about.

They were inspired by the original first Pokemon Red and Blue commercial of one vacuum cleaner with an R on its bag that sucks up Pokemon. So Legoland1085 used that idea and made Vacubots as grunts.
